The unit is upstairs in the middle of the resort - nicely situated between the front entrance of Weyba Road, and the swimming pool and BBQ area at the rear.  There is a sunny balcony to relax on, and a lovely open plan, air-conditioned  living area.  The kitchen is well appointed with fridge, electric cooktop and oven, and there are some basic appliances.

The living room has TV, 2-seater couch, tables and armchairs.  Dining table, and 4 chairs inside, and three chairs and a table outside on the balcony.

The main bedroom has a double bed, carpets, fan and built in cupboards, and the second bedroom / study has carpet, fan and built-in cupboards. There are new block-out curtains and blinds throughout.  The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, and incorporates the laundry with laundry tub and top loader washing machine.  

There is a single carport available for one vehicle only.

Wifi and water are included in the rent.  Tenants to set up own electricity account.  No linens, towels or bedding will be supplied apart from a mattress protector on the double bed.  Clearwater Resort is a strictly non-smoking resort, there are no post boxes for residents, and reception will not accept mail or parcels on residents behalf.  No pets are allowed due to body corporate restrictions.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the property you are applying for is able to provide phone reception, internet, broadband, pay TV, and any other service sufficient for your needs.
