The master bedroom has generous proportions and a gorgeous outlook over the swimming pool to the forest. Lots of built in cupboard space, air-conditioning and a good ensuite with shower.

The other bedrooms have use of the family bathroom which is well appointed with bath, shower, toilet and vanity.

There is undercover parking space for three cars at the front of the home, and side access to the right of the home, with separate entry to the front bedroom.

The garden is fully fenced and has a cute little cubby house next to the pool.

Tenants are to pay for water, electricity, internet and pool chemicals, and be responsible for garden maintenance.
